Stationery Review Corner

The very honest review from the author after using the stationeries that she purchased.

01/ EMOTT Fineliner

This product by Mitsubishi Uni has a maximum of 40 colors which you could buy in a set or ala carte. I purchased Emott because of the minimalist design and the pens are very light in weight. The good sides are they do not bleed to the other side of the page and they are very smooth to draw/write. However, in my opinion, Emott pens are suitable for drawings, but it is not suitable for note writing especially for those who have small handwriting.

02/ MUJI Gel Ink Ballpoint Penknock

This is one of the best gel pens I purchased from Muji. The model that I am using is with 0.5 fineness. It comes with different size and colors. I prefer to use 0.38mm or 0.4mm when writing notes. It is extremely smooth to use and the pen knock type has made things easier. What I like about this product is that you can refill the ink instead of buying new pens whenever the ink runs out. This is my best pick of pens for daily use.

03/ Sakura Pigma Micron

I purchased this pen when I first started writing bullet journals after reading some reviews on the internet. Surprisingly, I did not use it as frequently as I thought I would. This is because the pen lead is not as smooth as Emott or Muji. This product has a huge range of lead fineness, from 0.15mm to 0.5mm. I owned 0.3mm and 0.5mm Micron pens, but I think it is still too thick for me as I have small handwriting.
